      introduction

      Diamond Corporation is a multi-national English-speaking Underworld Corporation. We are a relatively small-sized Free Company in Kujata, with interests in crafting and housing. We take a casual approach towards the game, but we are still serious about our interests. Our sales channels extends to every single world within the Elemental Data Centre, providing us with better means to finance our operations if we so require.Diamond Corporation has nine subsidiaries, namely, Black Lotus Inc., Shadow Realm Inc., Kujata Piling Inc., Annihilation, Destruction, Reckoning, Ayam, Itik and Garden of Sin, all of which serves different purposes.As an organization, we intend to support the ambitions of our members in FFXIV. If members require assistance with levelling up their crafter classes, we want to assist them. If they like to raid and need help with potions and/or food, we want to provide them with adequate supplies. If they ever want to pursue role-play, we want to provide them with the venue to do so.       Our History

      Diamond Corporation <<DIA>> was formed on 15th November 2019. At the time of founding, we were known as Diamond Syndicate. The change in name came on 28th November 2019 after rounds of voting and discussions.

      The Free Company was born out of desperation, the need to set things right. The founding members hail from NATO (now rebranded with a changed name) which they left due to a falling-out. When we left NATO, we knew that we cannot repeat past mistakes. As such, we have to develop a members-first mentality. Sufficient attention and support cannot be provided to members if the organization grows too large, which is why we keep our numbers small. With everything said, DIA did not start to develop seriously until 6th February 2021, for which we decided to resume operations in all seriousness. The FC Charter was soon put together, subsidiaries were formed and we started to expand our sales channels across the data centre.

      Free Company Charter

      Diamond Corporation's Corporate CharterThe Board of Directors of Diamond Corporation ("Free Company", "FC", or "the Company"), in the exercise of its powers, approved the Corporate Charter in order to regulate the operations of the Free Company, subject to the provisions of Diamond Corporation's By-Laws and applicable law, as follow:Section 1 - Mission1.1 The mission of the Free Company is to provide an environment for its members which is conducive to enjoying the game. The Free Company aims to provide the means for members to be able to cooperate with each other, be it for crafting, gathering, raiding or even making gil.Section 2 - Code of Conduct of Members2.1 Members should treat each others respectfully, even in the event of any conflicts. Diamond Corporation is built on the principles of mutual respect. As a multi-racial and multi-religious organization, it is important for us to be able to enjoy the game harmoniously. We will not be able to cooperate with each other without basic respect.2.2 While members should be kind and polite to players outside of the Free Company, there is no need to behave subserviently to anyone.2.3 While the FC may provide assistance to members in one way or the other, members should not abuse the assistance provided as members have to be mindful of how their abuse can negatively affect other members.2.4 Members are free to communicate with each other comfortably, but not to the extent of harassing other players and making them feel uncomfortable.Section 3 - Rights and Duties of Members3.1 As a symbol of Diamond Corporation's commitment and willingness to invest in its members, members have the right to obtain a set of outfits at no cost upon joining the Free Company. Note that the outfits may be temporarily unavailable at times due to supply shortages. The Free Company may also choose to change to a new set of outfits, for which existing members will have the right to obtain the new set of outfits at no cost.3.2 It is the duty of members to not divulge any Free Company secret to people who they are not intended to be known to.3.3 In the event that a member is holding to a certain position within the Free Company, it is his / her duty to act in good faith. While The Free Company has no interest in pinching pennies and be extremely strict with our resources, members should not act in a manner which can lead to massive losses to the Free Company. Embezzling resources is strictly prohibited, especially since the Free Company has the policy of sharing accrued profits (in one way or the other) with members or members involved in certain operations.3.4 Members who have willingly decided to take part in Free Company operations should act in the best interest of the Free Company. Members have the right to request for assistance in order to complete their tasks. In line with this, the Free Company has to provide the requested assistance to a degree which is reasonably practicable.3.5 Members have the right to take a break from the game as well as leave from the Free Company as they see fit. They should, however, ensure that they have returned resources which may have been entrusted to them for the sake of Free Company operations (if any), back to the Free Company before taking a break or leaving from the Free Company.3.6 Members have the right to question the dismissal of any member from the Free Company if it is suspected to be an unfair dismissal.Section 4 - Rights and Duties of Directors4.1 It is the duty of the Director and Deputy Directors to act in the best interests of the Free Company and its members. They are obligated to ensure that reasonable goals for the development of the Free Company are set, actions are being taken to fulfill the aforementioned goals and that the Free Company's resources are well managed.4.2 The Director and Deputy Directors have the right to take a break from the game like any other member, so long as arrangements have been made so that their disappearance do not affect the operations of the free company.4.3 The Director and Deputy Directors have the right to dismiss members so long as it is within reason. The Director / Deputy Director who carried out the dismissal is obligated to provide a satisfactory answer to any inquiry about the dismissal should a member questions the decision4.4 It is the duty of the Director and Deputy Directors to carry out profit sharing to all members in the event that the FC has earned considerably from its operations. It is the discretion of the Board to decide when to disburse profits, how much to disburse, the distribution of the disbursement and the nature of the distribution.4.5 The Director and Deputy Directors have the right to carry out a Free Company-wide meeting, be it scheduled or sudden, to discuss with members on key issues which may require the consensus of the members. Members who are present during these meetings can take part and vote on issues (if applicable) as well as provide feedback and opinions towards the development of the Free Company.4.6 The Director and Deputy Directors have the right to suspend recruitment of members at their discretion in line with their duty of ensuring that the Free Company does not expand too aggressively to the point of members being unable to connect with each other and that adequate support, such as provision of a set of outfits or provision of potions and food for raiding purposes, cannot be extended to the members.4.7 The Director and Deputy Directors have the duty of collectively managing the organizational structure. Where possible, members should be offered to take up roles which they are interested to take part in. In line with their duty to safeguard the resources of the Free Company, the Director and Deputy Directors have to exercise their judgement before putting any member into key positions.4.8 The Director has the right and duty to exercise the final decision with regards to the management of the resources of the Free Company. The director may empower any other individuals to assist in the management of less important resources, but the sole responsibility of managing the Free Company's finances and strategic resources lies with the Director.Section 5 - General Provisions5.1 The official language of the Free Company is English. A basic understanding of English is expected from members.5.2 Anyone from any part of the world is welcomed to join the Free Company, so long as they desire to be part of the community and that the Free Company is open for recruitment.5.3 This Corporate Charter may be amended by the Board of Directors if necessary.5.4 This Corporate Charter is intentionally created not to be too strict as it is meant to represents a wish, a way to guide both the Free Company and its members towards the ideal state that was envisioned. The Free Company has no intentions of chaining down its members with strict rules, thus, it is hope that all members will act in a manner whereby such rules are not required. The Free Company will invest in its members and trust them with its resources, as such, it is hoped that the members will in good faith to it.

      • Custodian of the assets owned by the Corporation.

      • Responsible for setting up strategic goals for the Corporation's long-term goals.

      • Responsible for addressing all major issues pertaining to the Free Company.


      Director

      • Policymakers who are involved in high-level decision-making when consulted.

      • As highly-trusted individuals, they are authorized to act in the capacity of the Chairman as and when required.

      • Directors are authorized to dismiss members in the event of emergency.

      • Will gain access to 8 dedicated retainer [Tonberry & all other worlds]. 30% revenue goes to FC.


      Group Executive

      • An executive who is involved in operations extending to our subsidiaries.

      • Group Executives are more involved in the day-to-day operations of the Corporation and have direct access to the Corporation's gil assets.

      • Will gain access to 8 dedicated retainer [Tonberry & all other worlds]. 30% revenue from retainer sales goes to FC.


      Executive

      • An individual who has carried out exemplary service to the Corporation.

      • Executives are inducted via accomplishing legendary feats that shaped the development of our Corporation.

      • Executives may be directly consulted by the board on important issues in lieu of Director(s), in the event that they are not available.

      • Executives are highly trusted individuals who are empowered with numerous authorizations and have access to our non-gil assets.

      • Will gain access to 8 dedicated retainer [Tonberry & all other worlds]. 30% revenue from retainer sales goes to FC.


      Adjudicator

      • An Adjudicator is a member who uplifts, add value and enriches the Corporation. An Adjudicator looks at the bigger picture.

      • This can be seen with being involved in event-planning and carrying events out, head-hunting good individuals and exploring ways for the Corporation to grow and reach new heights.

      • An Adjudicator acts on a strategic level.

      • Will gain access to 6 dedicated retainer [Tonberry & 5 other world of choice]. 30% revenue from retainer sales goes to FC.


      Meister

      • A Meister is a member who uplifts, adds value and enriches his/her fellow members. This can be seen by helping others to level up crafter classes, guiding the members on raids/extreme trials, etc.

      • Some Meisters takes on the role of "Admiral" and manage the submarines of a subsidiary (or more) which provides the Corporation with passive income.

      • A Meister acts on a tactical-level.

      • Will gain access to 5 dedicated retainer [Tonberry & 4 other world of choice]. 30% revenue from retainer sales goes to FC.


      Dark Agent

      • An agent who acts on an operational-level; contributing knowledge and/or initiating/managing FC activities, like treasure hunts.

      • Must be an Agent prior to being promoted to this rank.

      • Will gain access to 4 dedicated retainer [Tonberry & 3 other world of choice]. 30% revenue from retainer sales goes to FC.


      Agent

      • An active member of the Corporation who takes part in FC activities and engages with other members.

      • Must be an Engineer prior to being promoted to this rank.

      • Will gain access to 3 dedicated retainer [Tonberry & 2 other world of choice]. 30% revenue from retainer sales goes to FC.


      Engineer

      • Full-fledged member of the Corporation.

      • Associates who have passed their probation period and have maxed out all crafter and gatherer jobs will be promoted to this rank.

      • Will gain access to 1 dedicated retainer [Tonberry]. 30% revenue from retainer sales goes to FC.


      Associate

      • Have just joined the Corporation.

      • Member will be subjected to a 14-day probation period before he/she can be promoted to the next rank and be a full-fledged member of the organization.


      Away On MIssion

      • Have not logged in for 21 days or more.

      • May be subjected to dismissal at Board's discretion if member has not logged in for more than 365 days without leaving any notice.

      Estates

      OverviewDiamond Corporation has a number of estates in its possession, which was made possible through its subsidiaries.At the beginning, "Adamas Region", was established to encompass a number of estates in close proximity in Empyreum Ward 18 that we hold. As the number of estates in our possession grew, there is a need to reorganize our territory. "Adamas Region" now represent the entirety of our territory. This region is then broken down into different districts; Central District in Empyreum 18th Ward Subdivision, Evernight District in Empyreum 5th Ward Subdivision and Showa District in Shirogane 12th Ward. Each estate is considered as a "Sector" of the region. The region provides much-needed privacy for an Underworld Corporation.Sector Zero is held and managed by Diamond Corporation, while the remaining estates are held by our subsidiaries.Having subsidiaries affords us with the capability of earning passive income, funneling Tier 3 Actions to the Main FC in large quantities as well as simply having various venues for different purposes.

      Central District

      Red Pentagons represents FC-owned estates. The Central District is the administrative hub of Diamond Corporation. Plot 60, 59, 58, 51 and 38 are in our direct control.

      Evernight District

      Evernight All of the plots within the boundary; plot 32 - 36 & 53 - 55 are in our direct control.

      Estates that we have built in the past, namely Diamond Citadel, Diamond Theatre and Diamond Arcadia, can be seen in the gallery.Having strong interests in housing, Diamond Corporation takes the estates that it owns very seriously. Significant amount of time and resources were spent to ensure that our estates are of very high quality. We encourage everyone to visit our estates for a refreshing housing experience.

      Adamas Region - Central District - Sector Zero - Twilight Atrium [Empyreum, Ward 18, Plot 60] was built in a spatial crack found within an ancient ruin at the heart of Adamas Region. Serving as Diamond Corporation's main headquarters, it retained certain elements of Diamond Citadel, our previous headquarters, while drawing inspiration from "Shinra Building's Skyview Hall and Lobby" from FFVII Remake. Members of the Corporation and visitors will be able to enjoy themselves in a tastefully decorated one-of-a-kind atrium.

      Adamas Region - Central District - Sector Two - War Room [Empyreum, Ward 18, Plot 59] is held by Azure Weapons Inc., a subsidiary of Diamond Corporation. Like the "Men of Letters' Bunker" in the show Supernatural, the War Room is one of Diamond Corporation's secret bases hidden in plain view.

      Sector Three - Skyview Terrace

      Adamas Region - Central District - Sector Three - Skyview Terrace [Empyreum, Ward 18, Plot 51] is held by Red Foundations Inc., a subsidiary of Diamond Corporation. It draws inspiration from "Shinra Building's Skyview Terrace" from FFVII Remake, featuring a large tree in the Corporation's cafeteria.

      Adamas Region - Showa District - Sector Thirteen - Diamond Villa [Shirogane, Ward 12, Plot 1] is held by Black Lotus Inc., a subsidiary of Diamond Corporation. The estate was designed by Rennieth Kaellun, an executive of Diamond Corporation. The villa was conceptualized with traditional Japanese elements, containing both a tea house and bath house in it. The estate is also a beachfront property, making it highly suitable for small casual gatherings or events.

      Adamas Region - Greatwood District - Sector ?? - Diamond Sanctuary [Lavender Beds, Ward 3, Plot 5 is owned by Nox Custos. Diamond Sanctuary is the Corporation's Grand Meeting Hall, where we convene to discuss important matters. Being far away from the cold Adamas Region, the nature-attuned Sanctuary enables members of the Corporation to focus on discussions without being easily distracted.

      A clumsy Miqo arriving in Ul'dah from a strange land, friendless penniless and destitute, Bea struggled initially to survive on the streets. After many hurdles, Bea trained as a fully fledged tailor and started to model and sell her glamours to the rich city folk.       Isn't "Bio" the common term for bathroom break in FFXIV? Lol.Kidding aside... Sophia Skybound's pilot is the one who wrote this, and she doesn't really have any unique backstory to Sophia's tale. So at the time of posting, Sophia Skybound is piloted by a 29 year old female who is a hospital worker; to what she does in the hospital, you can ask her yourself. She was noted to work hard, play harder, but definitely sleeps hardest. She works at around 60 hours per week and she still seems to be in awe at how she haven't lost her sanity... yet. You might catch a glimpse of Sophia Skybound being online sometimes, but that's just the pilot trying to do dailies, or sometimes it's just the pilot AFKing, and probably sleeping.Though Sophia's pilot might be very busy IRL, as stated, she plays hard too. She's very updated on the current raid tiers and is a somewhat serious raider herself. She enjoys the thrill of a challenge and the self-fulfillment after clearing a very difficult dungeon. That said, she thinks raiding simply with the best gears is useless... because raiding in style is what it should be! Though not into roleplay, Sophia who the pilot finds very pretty, is often the victim of long modeling hours of trial and error dress-up and mix and match. You might call this obsession or projection, but who knows. After all, GLAMOUR IS THE REAL END GAME!

      My journey begins on that fateful day in the Valley of the Fallen Rainbow, where I was slaving away, procuring goods for the Skysteel Manufactory. "Help us develop and test these prototype tools." they requested. At the time, the prospect of this whole ordeal was intriguing to say the least. A lone adventurer looking for something to do, this seemed like something fit for I. At first what seemed to be fairly simple requests of gathering wood, has now amounted to ludicrous demands of what feels like chopping down whole forests. Nonetheless, I reluctantly pushed forth in achieving the final task of the day. That's when a shady figure offered a place in his conglomerate, Diamond Corporation (DIA). At first, I held my guard up, unsure how this encounter would fair but after thinking that I have nothing to lose, I accepted his offer. Now I am a part of this growing family, making new friends and precious memories along the way on this never ending journey.

      DIA x Peak's 2022 Gallery

      Diamond Job 2022 - Held on 10th September 2022, this was Diamond Corporation's second event, jointly organized with Peak's. This event serves to test our capability in holding an event across multiple estates. This particular event utilizes the whole of Central District. Event participants had to unlock various "Seals" to address an anomaly.Jump Puzzle, Glamour Contest, Treasure Hunt, Trivia Race and Karaoke was done as part of the event.       Halloween Event 2021 - Held on 31st October 2021, this was Diamond Corporation's first event. It served as a test to see the extent of the corporation's capabilities to hold large events. A pre-event performance by a sextet troupe was arranged for the visitors as they stream in, allowing them to mingle around with each other while watching the performance or visiting the blackjack station .When the event started, visitors could tune in to a watchparty as they participate in activities a trivia competition, a glamour competition, a jump puzzle and finally, a lucky draw.

      Diamond Citadel was our main headquarters, modelled like a lunar base to serve the basic needs of Diamond Corporation's members. It was located at The Goblet, Ward 1, Plot 8.       Diamond Theatre was held by Shadow Realm Inc., a subsidiary of Diamond Corporation. The estate took a significant amount time to be designed, with various types of theatre designs being explored along with seating arrangements being trial-tested for acoustic performance. Diamond Theatre was constructed with the intention of being the best of its kind. It has a seating capacity of 102, allowing Diamond Corporation to comfortably hold large performances.

      Diamond Arcadia was held by Kujata's Piling Inc., a subsidiary of Diamond Corporation. The estate is highly unique, being a floating manor in a frozen landscape. The estate serves as an emergency safehouse for members of Diamond Corporation. It was rumoured that the metallic doors of the bastion opens up once every week, for which travelers lucky enough to stumble upon it are able to get a moment's respite in this harsh environment.

        Tier 3 Buff

        Diamond Corporation leverages on its advantage of having shell corporations and uses it to run Tier 3 Buff 24/7. Unlike other FCs which has to compromise, turning them on only during weekends or certain periods, we don't. This was made possible by putting in place a system to manage the rotation of buffs and having members who are willing to cycle through between the main FC and shell corporations using their Alt Characters. If your FC wants to order a buff or two for weekends, we can come into some form of arrangement.

        The Rise of the empire

        This paper aims to outline the framework that the Corporation will adopt in order to position itself for success and recover from the chaos which we recently went through. The Corporation will strive to become greater than ever.
        Overview
        The solid foundation of the Corporation has afforded it with key competitive edges which sets us apart from other Free Companies.

        Competitive Edges:

        Some members of the Corporation are not as positive as before – possibly being unhappy with how the chaos unfolded or how Nox has managed the Corporation. They have become less communicative and have become detached. Members who raid tend to have their own statics while those who focus on the more social aspect of the game have social circles outside of the Corporation. Given these realities and being mindful of the different needs and wants of the members, the Corporation needs to develop in a manner which enrich the members while providing them with a unique experience that’s hard to be found elsewhere.This crisis is an opportunity for us to become greater and that’s what we will pursue. Rejoice!If we pull this off right, our Corporation would become an unparallel existence which members would be happy to be a part of.

        Being an Underworld Corporation means that we are not bounded by conventional practices; We place our interests above that of the community. Ultimately, we cannot compel participation. As an institution, we can only attempt to make win-win arrangements and align initiatives to the interests of the members.Diamond Corporation’s Updated Framework
        This framework provides guidance towards the direction which the Corporation will head towards moving forward. It does not provide the specifics – that can be ironed out moving forward.
        We want to recognize efforts; we want to reward members for their contributions. As we transition towards becoming an economic powerhouse from our submarine program, rolling the benefits back to our members would enable them to focus on other pursuits, rather than farming gil. We want to raise the quality of life of our members, enriching the members who have been loyal to us, who contributed towards making the FC a success.This framework does not include other matters such as setting up of budgets or code-of-conduct of members. It’s a high-level framework which explores key areas which we will look into as we transition into a self-sustaining Empire. This framework aims to gives much-needed direction to the Corporation and its members. Members will know what to expect in the near future.

        1. Limits of Authority (LOA)

        1. Claims systems which make it easy for members to spend gil on the FC as and when required, without worrying about slow approvals.

        2. Target for Implementation – Already implemented. To promote members to make more claims. For one month after issuance of this document, we will give a 50k bonus to all approved claims.

        1. Recruitment

        1. As the bare minimum, we need to maintain a combat force capable of executing 24-Man Alliance Raid on patch day. This is part of the FC experience that we want to offer to our members.

        2. By and large, we want to recruit members who understands the kind of FC DIA is. They need to know what they are signing themselves up for.

        3. The focus will be on quality, not quantity. We want to build meaningful relationships, and that can only happen with some level of participation in FC activities.

        4. We need to recruit at least 13 new members, and bring our numbers up to 75.

        5. Target for Implementation – Recruitment to resume effective immediately upon issuance of this document. We will put together a landing page on our website, specifically for recruitment, to enable prospective members better understand DIA and what they are signing themselves up for. This is to assist recruiters in their recruitment efforts. Landing page should be done within two days upon issuance of this document.

        6. Target for Implementation – DIA Military DRAFT. Once a week, until we fulfil our recruitment targets, we will open a PF inviting people to our FC Estate “Recruitment Centre”. We will station members there to interact with prospective recruits. This is to be done, tentative, every Friday evening.

        1. Submarine Fleet

        1. Provides the FC with the passive income it requires to fund its expenses and operations. When subs are developed, we are looking to generate around 13mil gil weekly, conservatively. As of now, we estimate that we can bring in 7mil gil weekly, if we assume full returns from Sector 0 and Sector 2 and 30% returns from Sector 1 and Sector 13.

        2. Target for Implementation – Already implemented. We will start to ensure that whatever profits, large or small, will flow back to the FC. Reminder to Admirals to be given within three days from the issuance of this document.

        1. Day-to-Day Expenses

        1. Food, Potions & Tier 3 Buffs

        • Provision of Food, Potions & Tier 3 Buffs is a basic benefit which we offer to our members.

        • Critically, we need to ensure that resources are made available and we make provisions for members to prepare these food and potions for general consumption.

        • Target for Implementation – Already implemented. Arrangements for Tier 3 Buffs already made, currently under the sphere of Sophia and Don Patchi. We will seek feedback from members as to their expectations for 7.1. This should be done within three days upon issuance of this document.

        1. Healthy Living Initiative

        • An initiative recommended by Kramoh, the FC will be promoting Healthy Living by rewarding members for exercising every week.

        • We want members to invest in their own fitness. Rewards will vary as we monitor participation rate, but for exercising at least once a week, and posting proof of exercise at #grind – members can claim 300k gil from the FC.

        • Target for Implementation – Members can start to make claims for rewards for exercising at least once a week effective immediately upon issuance of this document.

        1. Power-levelling Initiative

        • Given our rich crafting history, we want to encourage members to level up their crafters.

        • For each new crafter class which reaches level 100 (doesn’t include existing crafter classes), members can claim 250k.

        • A plan to provide assistance for members to gain Master Recipes to be looked into.

        • Target for Implementation – Members can start to make claims for reaching level 100 for any crafter class that was below level 100 at the point of issuance of this document. Claims can be made effective immediately upon issuance of this document. Levekit Service has to be planned for levles 90-100 and offered to members for at #service-desk within one week upon issuance of this document.

        1. Ad-Hoc Expenses

        1. Uniform for Members

        • Standard benefit – 4-piece outfit (Rebel coat (dyed with pure white dye), Rebel Boots, Calfskin Rider’s Jacket, Calfskin Rider Bottoms)

        • In principle, members can generally expect to receive their uniform within 2 weeks of joining DIA.

        • Target for Implementation – Already implemented. Arrangements to be made for at least 16 sets within two weeks upon issuance of this document.

        1. Estate Ownership Program

        • Standard benefit – free small estate for those who want it.

        1. Walls Sponsorship

        • Free walls whenever new set of walls got released. To be given based on size of estate owned by members; to be used and not sold on market-board.

        • Target for Implementation – Already implemented. It will kick in effect whenever new walls are released; members can place a request for the walls when we establish mass walls crafting project.

        1. Activities

        1. Periodic Events

        • Small-scale events should be done to enable members to get to know each other better, especially to break the ice between the new and old members.

        • We can carry out welcoming parties in-game, board-game / karaoke nights, L4D2 night, luckydraws, etc.

        • Target for Implementation – We will look towards arranging for activities, at least once a week; alternating between in-game activities /non-ffxiv activities. A poll should be carried out to find members’ preferred day for us to do activities night within three days upon issuance of this document. Arrangements to be made for a small event / activity for the next week upon issuance of this document, starting with an in-game activity, followed by Monopoly Night.

        1. Large-scale Events

        • More elaborate events which require a fair bit of planning for successful execution. Having willing helpers is a must for a successful event. These events could be open to public.

        • Just like our walls crafting project, pulling off large-scale events is a measure of our capabilities.

        • Target for Implementation – “The Rise of the Empire” FC Event will be organized for our FC’s Anniversary. Along with the upcoming Alliance Raid FC-Run, this event will serve to further deepen the relations between new and existing members. Arrangements for FC event (request for helpers, planning, etc.) to begin commencing within three days upon issuance of this document.

        1. Battle Content

        • On top of organizing regular treasure hunt nights, we could explore carrying out mount farms for old content, as well as doing old savage raids, just for a different kick.

        • PVP evenings could be done for smaller groups.

        • Alliance Raid FC-Runs will be organized for all newly-released alliance raid contents.

        • Chaotic alliance raid could be looked into, if and when we have sufficient support.

        • Target for Implementation – Preparation for Diamond Corporation's Third Military Expedition (Alliance Raid FC Run) to commence within 3 days upon issuance of this document. Other activities to be followed up, based on requests put forward by members.

        1. Twilight Atrium Venue

        • In order to better enhance the social experience of the members, our main estate will be opened up as a venue bi-weekly.

        • Meaningful lucky draws could be done for our patrons; just because we can. We could give out potions, food and the like.

        • While we may not be successful from the get-go; we will at least establish a social front for our Corporation.

        • Target for Implementation – Twilight Atrium landing page should be done within five days upon issuance of this document. Giveaways and lucky draws should be planned for with items prepared within 10 days upon issuance of this document. It should be linked towards other services that we can potentially offer, Orchestrionify, Tier 3 Buffs, etc. Twilight Atrium should be planned to be open within 2 weeks upon issuance of this document. Sufficient preparations should be made along the way.

        1. Support for Initiatives

        • Members are free to set up their own initiatives. With that in mind, the FC should support sound initiatives, by providing them with support, be it use of fc-owned estates, gil, etc.

        • Proposals can always be put forward to be assessed accordingly. It need not need to be win-win gil-making initiative, it could be something along the lines like the healthy living initiative or even an initiative for RP, etc.

        • Target for Implementation – To further promote members to put forward initiatives, we will reward members with 300k gil for approved initiatives, effective immediately upon issuance of this document.

        1. Quest-Board

        1. Diamond Vault

        • Part of the next step forward for our FC, would be to amass strategic in-game resources, like crystals, lumber, logs, etc.

        • We want to amass resources to prevent the need to gather them whenever we need to gain access to these resources.

        • Arrangements could be decided later on, but we could set it up as an immediate payment method, whereby contributions by members are paid of directly, or held in-trust, whereby contributions made by members are recorded – and when used for say, gil-making operations such as a wall run, the materials could be recorded as a contribution, pegged to current market prices in order to set our members up for profit-sharing.

        • Target for Implementation – Given that we need to store items in bulk, a spreadsheet similar to the one made for walls project will have to be set up, especially if we are going to record contributions of members held in-trust. List of items that the FC intends to amass will also be marked down and posted on quest-board. The items involve could include current tier pots / food raw materials along with items required for walls – be it old / current ones. This spreadsheet is to be prepared within 3 weeks upon issuance of this document.

        1. Walls Crafting Initiative

        • As an FC, we have had a fair bit of experience crafting walls for sales across the board. Our next run should focus on fast initial sales, possibly to gain higher margins.

        • In our previous Walls Crafting Initiative, we crafted 100 walls, accruing 289mil gil revenue

        • To ensure that our members do not drained, the quantity of walls to be crafted will be reduced.

        • Target for Implementation – On Hold. Pending release of new housing walls. Google Spreadsheets have to be prepared for the next set of walls within 8 weeks upon issuance of this document.

        1. Inter-galactic Trading

        • We will further promote the creation of alts with retainers in other worlds and data centres, to enable us to establish trade with a greater market.

        • This is part of enhancing the capabilities of the Corporation.

        • Down the line, if we are to carry out large gil-making operations, these alts could be activated. Use of this alts will of course, be logged as a form of contribution.

        • We need to create a network of Inter-galactic traders to ensure that we will be able to function within the various Data Centres. This is critical for future growth as it will transform how we buy and sell resources.

        • Target for Implementation – A framework for this network should be set up within four weeks upon issuance of this document, after which, we will reward members who create alts with retainer access and join our network with 500k each.

        1. Diamond World

        1. Peak-Tier Housing

        • Gil has to be set aside for us to resume the project of Diamond World.

        • For a start, we need to ensure that the estates in the Central District could have large estate interior.

        • This is not a critical item for us to look into as of this moment.

        • Target for Implementation – Renovation Plan for Central District has to be put together within five weeks upon issuance of this document, with focus on renovating Sector Four and Sector Five, as their standards are not up-to-par.
